Integrating with MedEssist

Overview

Integrating MAPflow with MedEssist means patients can book minor ailment assessments, along with other services, directly from Google Search and Maps, helping you increase assessment volume. Then, these assessments can be completed with MAPflow's intelligent guidance. 

How to Generate Your Unique Key for MedEssist Integration

1. From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Profile.
2. Below Pharmacies and Integrations, next to your Pharmacy’s name, select Add Integration from the Integrations column.
3. From the Integration drop-down that appears, select MedEssist.
4. Select Generate Key.
5. Select Copy to copy the unique key, then paste it into MedEssist.
