Turning Auto-Renewal On/Off

Overview

Turning off auto-renewal for your MAPflow subscription allows you to stop automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing cycle.

 

How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal for your per-pharmacy subscription

  1. From the Dashboard, select My Pharmacy from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Toggle the switch next to Enable auto-renewal, then select Confirm when asked “Are you sure you want to cancel auto-renewal for this subscription?”.

 

How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal for your individual subscription

  1. From the Dashboard, select Billing from the top right-hand menu.
  2. Toggle the switch next to Enable auto-renewal, then select Confirm when asked “Are you sure you want to cancel auto-renewal for this subscription?”.

Note: Enabling/disabling one subscription will not impact the other.
