MAPflow partners with pharmacy associations, banners, and other valued organizations to offer exclusive discounts to our members. If you have received a promo code, follow the steps below to apply it to your subscription.
How to Apply a Discount Code to a New Subscription
Signing up for MAPflow takes less than five minutes. Navigate to our registration page and follow the prompts to input your information. During registration, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan. In summary:
- The per pharmacy subscription is best for pharmacy teams seeking maximum efficiency, who want to leverage MAPflow's full suite of features.
- The individual subscription is best for solo pharmacists, particularly those who work across multiple locations.

Entering your promo code
- When adding your billing information, select the Add Promotion Code button.
- Enter your promo code in the field that appears.
- Select Apply.
- Verify that the updated total reflects your discount before proceeding.
- Fill out your payment details and select Subscribe.
How to Apply a Discount Code to a Renewal
- From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Billing.
- If necessary, toggle between the Pharmacy and Individual tabs at the top of the screen to locate the correct subscription
FYI: If a discount is already applied to your upcoming renewal, you will see “Code is active for this pharmacy” at the top of your screen and the discount will be reflected on your upcoming payment. It is only possible to use one discount code at a time per subscription.
- If not already complete, toggle on Auto-renewal.
- Next to the subscription you want to add a discount code to, select Manage.
- Enter the code in the Coupon Code field, then select Apply. You can then close the pop up window and will see your new total reflected on your upcoming payment.
