Overview
Turning off auto-renewal for your MAPflow subscription allows you to stop automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing cycle.
How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal for your Per-Pharmacy Subscription
- From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Billing.
- The tab labelled Pharmacy will be selected as the default and represents your per-pharmacy subscriptions.
Directly under Upcoming Payments, select the pharmacy subscription you wish to turn off Auto-Renewal for.
- Toggle the switch next to Auto-renewal to disable this feature.
Note: Enabling/disabling one subscription will not impact the other.
How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal for Your Individual Subscription
- From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Billing.
- Select the tab labelled Individual to access your individual subscriptions.
- Directly under Upcoming Payments, select the subscription you wish to turn off Auto-Renewal for.
- Toggle the switch next to Auto-renewal to turn off this feature.
Note: Enabling/disabling one subscription will not impact the other.
