Overview
MAPflow facilitates collaboration across a pharmacy. For per-pharmacy users, MAPflow lets you customize access levels for each team member, ensuring seamless collaboration from initial patient intake through to clinical decision-making and follow-up.
Per-Pharmacy Subscription:
- Includes options like a technician and an assistant with role-based access
- Allows you to invite unlimited team members without them needing their own subscriptions
Individual Subscription:
- Each team member has full clinician access
- Team members must purchase their own individual MAPflow subscriptions
How to Invite Your Team and Set Their Roles
- From the Dashboard, select My Pharmacy from the left-hand menu.
- Below Invite your team, enter your team members' personal email address. If they already have a MAPflow account, you will need to enter the email associated with it.
- Use the Role drop-down to set their permissions, then select Invite.
- MAPflow will automatically reach out to your team member via email, providing all the information they need to get started and join your pharmacy team.
Note: If you are inviting multiple team members, repeat steps 2-3 as many times as needed.
