Overview
MAPflow's incident reporting platform fully meets the Ontario College of Pharmacists' (OCP) AIMS Incident Management Platform Criteria and the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia's (CPBC) incident reporting requirements. Our platform includes all mandatory data fields and core functionalities required by both OCP and CPBC. In partnership with ISMP Canada, MAPflow utilizes the Medication Safety Self-Assessment (MSSA) to fulfill the Safety Self-Assessment requirement. We have designed our platform in consultation with both ISMP Canada and OCP to balance the goals of the AIMS program (minimizing preventable harm) with ease of use for busy pharmacy professionals.
For a full table outlining our AIMS requirements compliance, see the attached document at the bottom of this article. To learn more, read our feature in the Canadian Healthcare Network.
