Overview
MAPflow's eFax integration allows you to send secure documents directly to primary care providers from within the platform, without a separate fax machine or printing. All transmissions meet PIPEDA compliance standards.
How It Works
From the Service Summary, select your recipient and the documents you want to send. MAPflow transmits the fax and logs the delivery in the patient record with the date, method, and content, keeping your communication trail complete and audit ready. Sent faxes are stored and organized within MAPflow for easy reference.
Each pharmacy subscription includes 75 pages per month. If your team regularly exceeds that, contact us to discuss additional capacity.
How to Access
eFax is included with all Pharmacy subscriptions and available as an add-on for per-pharmacist plans. Once activated, the option appears directly on your Service Summary.
