Using the date range toggle, you can analyze metrics across different time periods, while MAPflow automatically surfaces comparisons and actionable insights to help your team reduce incidents before they happen.
How to Navigate the CQI Dashboard
MAPflow’s CQI Dashboard allows you to quickly see and analyze incidents in your pharmacy.
Utilizing the dashboard you can track and measure multiple important metrics over various periods of time:
- Total incidents
- Incidents with harm
- The top issue
- Incidents over time
- Event types (incidents vs near misses)
- Top incident types
- When incidents occur (day and time)
- Where in the process the incident occured
- Who discovered the incident (role, not individual)
- Top contributing factors
Using the toggle next to CQI Dashboard, you can change the date range.
MAPflow will automatically provide insights comparing your previous period to your current one, allowing you to quickly see trends and patterns.
Additionally, MAPflow will intelligently highlight actionable insights for pharmacies, such as which days/times represent peak risk based on previous patterns.
