Setting Up Your Profile

Overview

Setting up your profile includes setting your language preference, adding your e-signature, choosing your default assessment mode, and integrating with CPS. This all takes less than 5 minutes and will help you maximize your efficiency and use MAPflow to its full potential.

 

How to Set Your Language Preference

  1. From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Profile.
  2. Next to General information, select Edit.
  3. From the Preferred Language drop-down, select your preferred language, then select Save.

 

How to Add Your E-Signature

  1. From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Profile.                                                                                                   
  2. Next to e-Signature, select Add.
  3. Sign the box that appears. To redo your signature, select Reset, then try again.
  4. Once you are happy with your e-signature, select Save.

 

How to Set Your Default Assessment Mode

  1. From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Profile.
  2. Toggle the switch next to Assessment mode to make your selection.
  • PRO mode: A more concise approach that streamlines efficiency without compromising patient care
  • STANDARD mode: A comprehensive approach with additional customization options to tailor assessments to your specific needs

The best part is you don't have to commit to one assessment mode. For example, you could set PRO mode as your default but switch to Standard mode for specific assessments when needed.

 

How to Integrate with CPS

  1. From the Dashboard, select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Profile.
  2.  Next to Other Integrations, Select Add.
  3. From the Integration drop-down that appears, select CPS Full Access. You will be prompted to complete this integration using your username and password, or your CPS Full Access Token.
  4. To complete the integration using your username and password, enter them in the relevant fields, then select Save.
  5. To facilitate the integration using your CPS Full Access Token, paste your unique token into the field, then select Save.
