Overview
Starting, editing, and deleting assessments in MAPflow is easy. Please note that for liability and assurance purposes, an assessment cannot be edited or deleted once a follow-up assessment has begun.
Starting an Assessment
- From the Dashboard, select New Assessment. This will direct you to the Patients tab, where you can:
- Use the search bar to find an existing patient.
- Create a new patient profile if needed.
- Once the patient profile is located, select New Assessment to initiate the assessment.
Editing an Existing Assessment
- From the Dashboard, navigate to Ongoing Assessments.
- Locate the patient using the search bar.
- In the Actions column, select the pencil icon to continue editing the assessment from where you left off.
Note: Alternatively, you can edit an existing assessment from the Patients tab or the Assessments tab.
Deleting an Assessment
- From the Dashboard, navigate to Ongoing Assessments.
- Locate the patient using the search bar.
- In the Actions column, select the garbage icon.
- In the pop-up that appears, select Confirm.
Note: This action cannot be undone.
