Overview
MAPflow automates 100% of the documentation, generating reports for different needs and audiences. These reports are easy to access and share with different parties. These reports can be accessed from the Dashboard, prescription page, or patient profile.
Note: For the purposes of this article, we will be accessing these reports from various locations. All reports can be accessed from all example locations.
How to Access and Share the Patient Report
- From the prescription page after you have completed an assessment, select the Open patient report icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select the Send report to patient icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Email or SMS, enter the patient's contact information, and select the patient's preferred language
- Select Send.
Note: Selecting the Save to patient profile checkbox automatically adds any inputted patient contact information to their patient profile in MAPflow.
How to Access and Share the Notification Report
- From the Dashboard, select the Patients tab from the left-hand menu.
- Use the search bar to locate your patient.
- Under Past Assessments, locate the assessment you would like to view and share the Notification report for.
- Under the Actions column, select the Open notification report icon. If this is not visible, you may need to select the three dots first.
- To generate a printable PDF that you can share, select the Printer icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
How to Access and Share the Complete Report, Assessment Report, and/or Follow-Up Report
- From the Dashboard, navigate to any table containing complete initial assessments.
- In the Actions column, select the icon for the relevant report. Please note that only the assessment report will be visible if you have not yet completed a follow-up.
- To generate a printable PDF that you can share, select the Printer icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
