Overview
The Bypass Follow-Up feature is used when a follow-up cannot be completed due to circumstances such as a patient passing or being unreachable. Even if the follow-up cannot be performed, documenting this step ensures the completeness of each assessment.
How to Bypass a Follow-Up Assessment
- From the Dashboard, navigate to the Assessments without follow-up table.
- In the Actions column, select the Can’t perform follow-up icon. If this is not visible, you may need to select the three dots first.
- A pop-up will appear asking for the reason. Provide an accurate response, then select Confirm.
