Overview
The Patient Management feature allows users to update patient profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
How to Add a New Patient (Pharmacist Directed)
- From the Dashboard, select the Patients tab from the left-hand menu.
- Select Add New Patient.
- Complete the required fields in the patient information form. Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
- Select Add New Patient to create and save the patient profile.
How to Invite a New Patient (Patient Directed)
- From the Dashboard, select the Patients tab from the left-hand menu.
- Select Invite Patient.
- Select Email or SMS, enter the relevant information, then select Invite.
Instead of spending valuable time entering patient information manually, you can now send a secure link via email or SMS and let patients fill out their own demographic details at their convenience.
How to Edit an Existing Patient's Information
- From the Dashboard, select the Patients tab from the left-hand menu.
- Locate the patient using the search bar.
- Once located, select Edit Patient.
- Update the necessary fields, then select Update to save your changes.
